The focus of our work offers as a result the retrieval of values from our list of debtors through a system that combines firm attitudes with cordial procedures. In order to obtain this, we work in two ways:

- Extrajudicial Procedure - consists in the friendly negotiation of delayed debts through a direct contact with the customer and our team of negotiators.

- Judicial Procedure - having used all forms of negotiation, we turn towards the Law seeking for a solution for the lawsuits, using a methodology which aims for agility, assistance and effectiveness. Furthermore, Bigolin Advogados Associados works in the defense of clients in legal actions in which they are demanded.

All these procedures are coordinated and supervised by our team of lawyers and we keep our clients updated electronically through the Internet.
